Leader? Follower?

There is a relationship between a leader and followers.
As I always said, a leader-follower chemistry is always finely a balance equation. And I have to clarify this, I figured out that phrase to motivate people, not to just score some marks in english composition or whatsoever.
For me, a good leader is never a bad follower, but they don't follow blindly. Even if they are not the leader at that moment, they are trying resolutely to sound out their opinion, not to show off, but to make the event/activity/decision a better one.
A leader never makes decision that may make him regret one day. And this explains why leaders are sometimes indecisive, don't blame. They don't view thing in the way most people do, they view things as a whole picture. They analyse, ask for others' opinion and lastly, make the decision. Yeah I admit that sometimes the decision made is not what you think it ought to be. BUT, try to step into the leader's shoes and think about it. A leader is there to lead, or to please everyone?
Sorry, a leader is not there to entertain you, but you don't speak much, as you are making yourself an entertainment, You will look just Funny and Amusing.
Don't believe ? You try. This is my experience. I don't care whether it's right or wrong, I am just sharing with you guys.
Especially, particularly, for my buddy Syuqry. =) We WERE on the same boat once.
I gotta go practice now. I have tried my best to tell you what's in my mind. But my english command is not good and this is all I can give. Hope you get something from this post.

Yeah. I am who I am.
I've never changed into another person or changed to be who I am now.
From the first day I was born, till now, I am still the same person.
If you ever try to change me, then screw you, don't waste your time.
I am not a cold-blooded person, and I think this is the reason why I am known as "cry-bag" whenever it comes to leaving apart with people I care.
Trust me, DO NOT ever MESS with me, if you cannot handle my reply :)
Don't think that talking behind me is a kind of virtue for you, it's a disguise of shame.
Don't stalk me to check whether I live a happier life than you, because you are not me, you don't know how happy I am to live without you :)
Don't doubt this, because you are in my list. I mean, blacklist. :)
And I will give you a free advise, that is TO REMAIN SILENT.
Being silent makes others think that you are stupid, rather than opening your mouth or doing something that remove all doubt.
Don't make me do this again next week.
I am not gonna blog for you again.
I am who I am. Don't try to annoy you, because that has no difference with insulting yourself.
BUT! I really cherish my friends a lot. I can't live without my friends, buddies and family :)

Don't ask me why I am gonna play truant just to go back Batu Pahat.
To be frank, I actually don't go back to just get the certificates.
I wanna meet my family. I miss them very much.
I seldom hate people or dislike people or whatsoever.
But you really got me fed up.
1st. Seldom there is someone who dares to criticize me. You did.
2nd. Seldom there is someone who dares to neglect my presence. You did.
3rd. Seldom there is someone who dares to let me down. You did it with much satisfaction.
4th. You don't even feel bad after doing something you should not have done.
You are the someone-not-to-be-named. Because your name will definitely dirt my blog. Spoil my mood as well.
But at the same time, I wanna thank you for dumping me.
Without your irresponsibilities, I won't get to know how important my family is to me.
Without your ignorance, I won't even know how great my friends, buddies are.

Life in KMPP

I don't really wanna boast about this.
But KMPP is the place where you can enjoy your college life and at the same time achieve good result with good time management :)
The schedule here is really packed to an extent that you have no much time for playing, resting or whatsoever kind of entertainment, unless you really know how to manage your time well.
Basically, the students here are all very outstanding, 11A+ 10A+ 9A+ 8A+ 7A+ and I am in the 6A+'s category. Pathetic but I am so determined to work hard and to try my very best. Be it failure or success, but at least I am trying, so resolutely and I am never gonna give up :)
Oh ya the advantages of being in Matriculation College is that you don't have to worry about your coco marks :P
And I swear I don't wanna bury myself with so much responsibilities like what I did in secondary school, it's exhausting and not rewarding at all!
KACOM ya KACOM, I wanna participate in basketball KACOM as I wanna immerse myself in the laughter of my buddies and comrades in order to make my KMPP life never-to-be-forgotten :P
Or If I am not chosen for basketball, I wanna join athlete contingent simply because I don't wanna let Cikgu Subra down, sports for life I remember he said.
By the way, I am so thankful that I got to know a lotsa buddies here in KMPP.
Meeting you all is a beginning, knowing you all is a process and working together with you all is SUCCESS :)

MINE is a lovely one, as always.
I have 2 sisters who are much younger than me...
and a brother who is just about my age...
We have so much in common.
We are both Scouts, Leos...
And of course I gotta admit that he is a good singer, at least much better than I am! haha...
I AM PROUD OF HIM !
Another thing, I know that he failed his pre-kingscout test...and he was depressed and down at that time...
But alas , that time I was still in National Service while I could do nothing to help him at all.
Feeling guilty that I was not there for him when he needed my company the most...
Yang, I'm sorry.
But you GOTTA know, you fail, not because you are not qualified.
You are just a mere victim of the stupid system and the decision of those examiners.
We could argue for nothing even if we think that we are right, because they have the authorities.
What to do? No worries. Kingscout is not everything :) Though.
Nowadays people always judge by your academic achievement.

I would like to share my feeling to everyone, through this blog.
Yeah, everyone has friends, good friends or buddies.
I am of course not an exception.
I have a lot of buddies... Forgive me for not being able to list out one by one, each and every one of you...
Because today, I am just going to mention ONE, whom I think without him, I am totally not who I am right now...
When I was form 1, I knew him during our Sports Day...
After Sports Day, we were both selected to represent our school, which is HIGH SCHOOL BATU PAHAT.
We stayed back everyday, together. P/S : At this time, we were in different class. He's a top student while I was nothing.
We stayed back every year, together, continuously for 5 years...
Oh ya. Lemme tell you all, about my wish and my hope when I was form 3...
I wish to have good result in PMR (that's not the point), so that I could study Science Stream (that's not the point yet), and a brighter future assurance(OMG too far away from the point).
Actually my target that year, was just to get good result and GET INTO THE SAME CLASS WITH YOU QIAN. And my another target after the first target achieved, was to SIT BESIDE HIM IN THE CLASS.
and YOU KNOW WHAT?
I got 8 A's and sat beside him for 2 years consecutively!!!!!
I gotta thank our Creator :) Thanks for fulfilling my dreams, although they are just simple ones, but they've made my life more wonderful, meaningful than ever.
Sitting beside him actually gave me a lot of pressure and it served as a reminder for me to work hard...
One more thing, he taught me a lot and helped me everytime without any hesitation.
I am not gonna make this post a sentimental one...
But seriously, YOU QIAN, no matter who we are in the future, I hope we won't lose contact with each other. :)

LEO Club of High School Batu Pahat

Roar! Roar! Roar! That is the spirit each member in our Leo club holds on to throughout the fiscal year of 2009/2010. “Even the weak become strong when they are united.” This is best to describe the members of our Leo club. The members of our Leo club range from Form 1 to Form 6, but we never come up with an interaction problem among ourselves. Instead, we share our weal and woe together, our friendship goes beyond mere friends to that a closeness that only family members could boast of. It wasn’t that easy to create the bond between all of us, but soon after our very first major activity, which was our joint installation with Leo Clubs of SMK Dato Syed Esa and Chinese High School, we had made it! We couldn’t adapt carrying out activity with other Leo clubs at first, and that’s why the preparation and the organization of the installation was appalling. However, through endless exhausting rehearsals, we managed to stage up with an outstanding yet significant installation night with all the protocols and decorum followed. The theme of “Peace, Hope & Unity… The Mysterious Strength” emphasizes that we should treasure the great camaraderie between all of us in order to make this world a better place to live in. Being an active club in school and in zone, we had been committing ourselves in a total of 64 activities together, including our monthly general meetings, school service activities, community service activities, recycling projects, and some activities organized by Lions Club of Batu Pahat. We had always been playing our roles well in preserving and conserving our environment, knowing that the environmental problems were getting serious and critical. In order to create awareness among the students in our school, we had organized “Save Our Mother Earth” (SOME) Campaign. This campaign was simply an event to remind everyone about the importance of protecting and appreciating our planet. With a Leo Garden which had been announced by school principal as one of the most beautiful garden in school compound, we , Leos, most commonly known as “Green Warriors” in the school. Other than that, we also organized “The Joy of Sight” Sight First Campaign at Summit Parade, where we provided free eye-checkups to public and distributed discount vouchers with the help and supervision from Sing Kong Optical Shop. Another major activity of our club was our 1st motivational camp---LIFE Camp, organized jointly by LEO Club and Interact Club of High School Batu Pahat in Kem Sembrong, Air Hitam. Organizing Committee worked together and created this inedible experience to both the campers and the organizing committees as well. I believe that those who had once immersed themselves in the laughter during LIFE Camp remember how we hugged and sobbed together after the closing ceremony of the camp! Lo and behold, we are not just a mere club which enthuses in community services, school services, and activities organized by Lions Club. In fact, other than serving the community, working together happily is our second priority. We really enjoy the time being together with each and every one in this club. Although we had dealt with many obstacles and obstruction along the way to success, we never back away. We are a family, a big family. We go with the same surname. It is so-called “LEO”!

Actually I don't really know what to be posted, but I just feel like blogging :-P
My vessels are now filled with the hatred of losing to a 16 years old boy in 110m Hurdles event,but shall do nothing. Most of you are trying resolutely to comfort me in many ways, but trust me, they will never work. I just need a space and some time to recover spiritually, i need time to mend the patches.
You know? When you are confident enough to get 1 thing, but ended up getting nothing. It's like hell-giving! Yeah, I am with a great winning streak in me, and that is the problem why i felt down in the dumps when that guy trounced me.

But,

Sorry for hurting you, although i know even though i apologize in my blog, you won't visit also, but at least this is my way to reduce my own stress, that makes me even think of committing suicide.

It is just the third week since the school reopens, but it really pisses me off!
Emotional Suffering is the most abundant damage in my heart for this week, yeah this week i think.
No one is in the fault, but it just hurts. Sorry.
I don't want to give promise, as im scare that i will hurt u more if i do so but i cannot make it, that is blank promise. But anyways, I will try to be more meticulous, from now on, i cannot assure everyone, but at least for u, i want to be.
I have long since i feel like not wanting to open my eyes every morning. Sport trainings, HOMEWORKS, i don't actually know how it helps in our SPM. Frankly speaking, i hate the system like this, i love self-learning, -.- (anyway this is how i study) .
Nothing to be crapped at this "wee's hours" (wahaha chien wee i miss u suddenly xD)
Compromise, with teacher, with school authority,
can you all please don't wake me up when i am asleep in class?
can you all stop giving that much of homework that makes me restless?
can you all stop asking for fame by the stupid ignorance to students' feelings?
can you all please please please please do something preferable?

LIFE Camp

A successful one~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope that those who had attended the camp are feeling damn great right now.
Im so happy , so delighted just by seeing you all enjoying the camp.
Really feel very unbearable to leave the campsite, to say goodbye with the campers and nevertheless, to leave the committees who had shared the weals and woes together and solved problems or trying situation together.
I cried, really cried.
It was just too touchy when we sing 朋友。
When the song reached the chorus, it was just the first chorus, my tears started to be that "girlish" and flowed out...
I went to the back of the crowd and tried to calm myself down and to stop myself from crying anymore, but, i failed.
After shaking hands with the campers, i hugged some closer campers, and then i cried again.
Damn touchy...
I went to the back of the stage after the playing of the song, as i clearly know that my tears were going to flow out again, or maybe can be described as "pipe-leaking-alike tears"
I met with Soo Jian at the back of the stage, when i saw him crying... wah omg my tears straight away flowed down again... i hugged him...he cried out that "i scared that im doing not that well"...
"Soo Jian ah, our camp so success liao...dun care bout all those stuff"
then we hugged together and cried.
We are not just sobbing, we crying loudly as the sound of the mikes were much more louder than ours.
So "pity" that i cannot join other committees at the 1st bus -.-
SOB~~~!!!!

Cant take picture either...
damn exhausted.
Anyway, im both happy and sad.

They are just being too NAIVE, or shall i use "STUPID" ?
Yea, im DAMN annoyed right now.

I am finding a right way to express my annoyed-s. Playing counter strike and imagining that the opponents are those im referring to? yea it could be fun .

MSSJ-Alike Competition

Today should be the first day of the MSSJ-Alike Competition which is held at Stadium Kluang.
I call it as MSSJ-Alike as the opponents or the runners are similar with those we met in MSSJ
before(means that it is State Level Competition).
You Qian, Kelvin and I were chosen to compete, but we just finished our final examination, lack of training is the problem.
You Qian is going today to have his 100m and 400m competed. I am asked to rest at home as my muscle feeling not that well(yesterday over-trained)

That I am actually not that good in expressing my idea or my feeling in the essay.

Ended up, I wrote some crap (I am in great earnest)

But then tomorrow's subject will be the subject that brings most boreness to each and everyone.

Once someone mentioning this subject in front of me, I would probably cry out that why don't we just take physics and add math in SPM ?

As long as we got two A+ for it, erm... considered as straight A+ also right? xD

I don't actually know what the heck I am doing right now.

I haven't started reading History from Chapter 6 onwards, and yet the structure and essay question will be coming out based on chapter 6-9 . It kills me.

I do not like to keep on calling myself "weapon-less warrior" for every exam, that is merely a way for me to find excuse for my laziness and my "sanctuary"

Although I don't study much , but what is actually in my mind is that I want to be in the same class for the year of 2010. It's like I do not work hard for it, yea i really don't.

Hopefully that the streaming of Pure Science depending on the 4 main subjects to divide the class for next year. I MAY then stand for a greater chance for it. Without knowing that actually I haven't finish studying chemistry, add math, physics and lastly biology.

Got to go, otherwise I'd better to go to other class by tomorrow, to adapt the atmosphere there before being transferred into it. -.-

I don't know why i am always lacking of some idea to be written in my essay, especially some descriptive essay. It is hard to believe that how essay sample can easily overwhelm me...
Besides English, there are many other subjects that we have to put some concentration in, otherwise satisfaction would just doubt us, leave us and never come back to us T.T . No one wishes that that would ever happen, not even once.
I should have been more hardworking, where did the PMR's wei hao go...

I AM FATIGUED ... EXHAUSTED ... TIRED ... trying resolutely to keep my eyes opened at this "wee's hour" xD

Frazzled

First of all, i would like to apologize for not updating my blog recently. I am too busy to do so.
The same bustle greets me everyday once upon waking up from the comfortable bed just because of having to study until very lately just to make sure that i will be in the same class next year. The fastened pace has fatigued me for two week since i was determined to study.
Study study study, it is a overpowering "good habit'' causes my head to throb with pain.
One more thing, I always betray my exhaustion by nodding my head while sleeping in the class. -.-
It is just too funny and amusing to others. I am always annoyed by the teacher as they just keep on shattering my "sanctuary" of trying to "rest more".
The mucus in my nose and my throat is somehow irritating... but i just cannot get well from it since i have to study until very lately every night. I am actually scared that my liver may not be functioning well in the future...
Arh ! God bless me ...
Such is the familiar pace of my days , no matter weekends or weekdays.

Abriged Version of the Event (Specially for San-Shu)

We were first lieing Ah Ma that we were going out for a simple dinner as a celebration.

But in the whole afternoon till 7.00 p.m. , Ah Ma was still at my house,

where we could prevent her from knowing any of our plan.

At the duration, my auntie + dad + mummy were making sure that everything goes smoothly.

At the significant moment that she opened the door of little red kancil, she wondered,

whether she has accidentally entered another house, but after seeing all of the familiar

faces, she SMILED !!! Smile sweetly... with the merest presence of our love and "audacity".

Obviously, some of the people ran of of their patient, they KISSED my Ah Ma,

without having to wait until her enter the room or what...

they just ran there and kiss.

And yes, they are my parents + my sister ...

and my aunties and uncles' families also followed what they did, kiss kiss kiss...

Resolutely try adapting to endless rehearsal and training have entirely made me feel sick. I am exhausted, my eyes even framed by dark circles of fatigue.

High School Batu Pahat?
Once m0st of you all see this school name, many things would be appeared in your mind, inter-related to a best school, good disciplined school and students are all perfect, teachers are just too nice, compared to other school... ITS TOTALLY INVERTED.
Our teacher ? Ya, they are good. But SOME OF THEM are totally useless, most of the Malay Teacher who do not treat student fairly(Some treat us very well). I have to make my stand clearly, i am not trying to mention any racial discord but , they are just too annoying!!! I could not just be silent and act like nothing happen.

We, Scouts member, were being underestimated by the teacher, whom i mean is the teacher WHO IS INCHARGING OF THE CAMP PERDANA. Our Sketch is so damn nice, this is not a personal view but its a common perspective, i asked many of them in the camp. But, we are not the champion for the event, on the other hand, if the second best team took our champion, I shouldn't be so irritated, but it WAS NOT.
Police Cadet taken our champion , their sketch was too lame , the boreness was killing all of the audience their, totally BORED, but what made them get the champion?? En.Ishak ?? or maybe other teachers who with the "authority" and used it wrongly?? how I suppose to know??
I have to emphasize that, I AM NOT TRYING TO MENTION ANY RACIAL DISCORD, yet we scouts also have some malay ...
But what made them get the champion with the lame sketch ?? Is it the teacher advisor whom i mean the one with AUTHORITY? Who knows??

Have been busying of all things, LEO , Scouts, presentation , moral project ... ... ...
i can hardly breathe sometimes ... not mean by my physical problem but the stress is something that is killing me , slowly .
been frowning recently , facing so many trying problems, the time is totally not enough for me, why don't god you give me some offers of time ? Lol, I would be glad having extra time , needless to say that i could play more, have more fun , study more and rest more for sure. But please stop day-dreaming , its just crap xD.
I was asked to stay back tomorrow to attend the monthly meeting of prefects , so tired and i will be having a tuition at 4.00pm, there is no one could send me there .
It doesn't matter much i will just simply ask someone to send me there >.< sounds like im a very thicked-face person , but i have no choice =.=
Hope can get at least 3rd in Olympiad la please. =.= god bless me ...
According to my teacher, the results will be announced just a few days before SPM 2009 .
What i can do is just waiting ,waiting ,waiting and waiting. Getting out of my patient soon.

Going to a competition this weekend, waiting for the results which yet to be given by the teachers, which are also the last two subjects, busy doing the proposal of the Joint installation of Leo Clubs of Batu Pahat , so damn busy this week. There is last two subjects which can determine my result whether i get str8 As ... but it seem to be hard as my BM did not very well this time, but still sincerely hope that i can get at least A2, then i'll get str8 As lor ... wahaha...
Ok serious now. Now i am going to be another brave warrior once again, actually will be going to Olympiad Mathematic Competition at MRSM Muar , hope that there is no too many enemy and strong opponents there, so we can at least get something.
By the way, wish me good luck so i can perform well in the competition and pray for me ...

Time does flies. A fortnight of relaxing and playing passed without my perceive >.< ... i went to forum at Penang which is 3 days 2 nights, having a lot of fun over there, its indeed worth but do not include the accommodation there^^ . I went to Melacca , visiting historical places , shopping centers, and many many more, another fun trip^.^ the only disappointing thing is that i was feeling uneasy during the trip. I played dota every night in this holidays , although it was really just a waste of time ... but i am determined to work hard after this. My homework haven't done yet , ermmm i mean i haven touch it yet even one time>.<>.<

Back From Melacca 1-day trip

It was indeed a nice experience visiting historical places of Melacca ... BaBa & Nyonya had such a weird lifestyle >.< we are able to widen our knowledge especially about the customs and the traditions of Baba & Nyonya.
My sickness had caused me unable to enjoy this trip very well as i felt fizzy all the time especially on the boat=.=
My friends all enjoyed boasting and horsing around and even they wanted to take picture with ''angmor'' but at last they failed to do so ...^^ such useless xD
At the A'famosa we played insanely and we even took some funny pictures there...then we had our lunch at Secret Recipe... My friend was damn playful , he kept ordering ''sky juice'' and caused the waitress feeling embarrassed >.< btw the waitress is quite cute ...^^having a cute smile and face...
After having our lunch , we went back to our bus and i started feeling uneasy...
The sickness was annoying and causing me to suffer... i was so unfortunate having a illness during a trip >.<>.< I went to the toilet and forced myself to vomit as i was so uneasy and uncomfortable!!!
After that my friends went into 7-eleven to buy me panadols to relief the pain... it's work actually...i am better now~
When they went to sit the ''Eye of Malaysia'' , i was just solo sleeping and resting in the bus.
Anyway it was a nice trip and it was beneficial ~

Melacca Trip

Tomorrow i will be going to Melacca following our school PERTINA CLUB organized trip...
with many of my friends who are also scouts...>.< i bet it will be damn fun when we spend our time together xD.

Just came back from forum. >.< my badges and name tags seem getting more and more ~
haha... nice then... name tags collector ...wahaha
At first we reached there i thought we was going to have a nice forum... but it let me down...
Upon reaching i just saw the hotel looked quite nice and thought that it would be quite high class...
but WE din get the key of our room ... OMG what a nice organization and management is it~
others all could go to their respective rooms and enjoy their lunch and the air-con , could bath also .
We were just waiting at a small room with our luggages aimlessly for the coming activity...
The activities held were quite nice... no doubt , but the transportations and the accommodations were just too disappointing!!!

The first activity - Effective Microorganism(EC) which is mud ball made by bacteria that can purify the water . The concept is nice and this activity is beneficial for our mother earth ... yes! there is no one could doubt it ... it is good ... but why we have to expose to the sunlight for 2 hours???
other Leos proceeded to the next station which was the tours ... but my club members and I were waiting for bus ... exposing to sunlight ... being ignored by the committees there... its over!!!
The Organizing Chairman talked so uncourteous to us through the phone ... hey COME ON... is it our fault being ignored over there??? u think we wish to stand there and wait like a dog ??? what a poor organization !!!! Your organization poor still can be forgiven but what for u talked so impolite to us and yets it is all ur faults!!!!!
OK we got into the bus after 30 minutes of waiting under the sunlight ...
but...after completing all the activities planned that evening ... we went back to the hotel...again! waiting for the key of our room... looking others going to their room impatiently with their luggages... it's annoying...really annoyed!!!!
OK ! got into the room ... after we put the luggages then we went for bathing...
while my friend was bathing ( it's his turn to bath) ... the electrical current supply stopped suddenly ... then i heard my friend was scolding bad words...LOL
anyway not only he was the one who was scolding ... so did us ... =.=wahaha

Wish to stop talking about the forum especially the accommodation...>.<
But throughout the three days ... the electric current and water shortage were really annoying all of the Leos or maybe some Lions, too .

Although the forum organization and accommation were so noob... but luckily the activities held enabled us to enjoy ourselves well...

As an incoming secretary ... i am determined to seek for betterment and improvement!!!! in order to get top secretary... tat is my target for the next forum...

i do not wan to miss any of the classes~ but how!@?
Never mind , just try to relax my mind in this semester ... but how come my stress and burden seem to be more and more ... LEO ... SCOUTS... TUITION... FORUM... and all things..
Oh yeah... suddenly remember that my coach has just told me that i gonna start the training for next year soon... to target not only the champion... but the hurdles 110m men 18 years old record...16.10s ... seem to be quite easy... my best time was just 16.8 which i made it last year ... when i was 15 =.=
We have to have two set of formal attire to forum , my pants seem very shorts already...i gonna being doomed...
Later have to go tuition for Bahasa Melayu also , my last/second last tuition before going to forum...Haha...this packed holiday... made me feel damn tired compared to our schoolday ..schoolday seem to be more relax but since holiday we can play game for whole day ...thats why everyone prefer holiday~ including me!!!

i sat for History Paper 1 examination today...but ...without any of the preparation...as i had insufficient time for to study...that's why ''i went in without weapons'' xD
This is an setara examination... so i got the answers from my friends who had finished sitting for the examination 2 days earlier than us...At the very start i figured on to cheat because i did not wish to get too low marks for this paper...i decided to revise for this subject during this weekend as the examination should be on next week , timetable had been changed 2 days before this>.<
I brought the paper which i wrote the answers on into the class , but before the examination start , i THROWN IT AWAY~~
how could i betray my own principle...!!!!!@.@
but very luckily i knew how to do most of the question=.=
i do not wish and target for a high marks...
